Dr. Alicia Jackson-Franks
Dr. Alicia Jackson-Franks is a recent graduate of Walden University where she earned a PsyD in Behavioral Healthcare Leadership. Dr. Jackson-Franks is currently employed as the Program Director with IMPACT Community Services, LLC., an organization that provides Sponsored Residential Services to the Adult ID/DD population. Dr. Jackson-Franks can be described as a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Working at IMPACT is not the equivalent of Dr. Jackson-Franks’ behavioral health experience as she has been in the mental health field for over 30+ years, acquiring knowledge and experience working in areas such as foster care, psychiatric emergency services and community-based services. Dr. Jackson-Franks is devoted to working with populations that are vulnerable and considered disenfranchised, and as a Christian believes this is her spiritual calling. Her professional goal is to enact positive social change by helping to enhance the lives of others. When not working, Dr. Jackson-Franks enjoys church involved activities, volunteering, singing and spending time with family and friends as she views any time with family and friends as quality time.
